Service Agreement
1. Scope of Services
Services will be provided as outlined in the approved quote or service schedule.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
2. Service Frequency (Ongoing Plans Only)
Services will be delivered on a:
□ Fortnightly
□ Monthly
□ Custom schedule
Schedule adjustments may occur due to weather or access limitations.
3. Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property.
If access is unavailable, a call-out fee may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Ongoing Service Plans: Payments are processed via secure direct debit on the agreed schedule.
One-Time Services: Payment due within 7 days of invoice.
5. Cancellations
Ongoing plans require 30 days written notice to cancel.
One-time bookings require 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
6. Liability
OneHome will take reasonable care while performing services.
Pre-existing damage must be disclosed prior to service.
7. Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
